+-How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Simply create a 120/Life account here. If you already have a 120/Life account, you're automatically enrolled in our rewards program.

+-Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

You will only receive points for future purchases. Make sure to create a 120/Life account before placing an order so you can receive points!

+-How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

Your rewards can be redeemed for a discount code that you can apply at checkout. Simply copy and paste the discount code into "discount code" box at checkout. If you are a subscriber, go to Manage Subscriptions on your account page, select your subscription, click "Add Discount", and enter the discount code.

+-How is my VIP tier determined?

Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a year (Ex. July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023). To reach:
- Gold Tier, you must spend $500
- Platinum Tier, you must spend $1000
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
