+-How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Simply create a 120/Life account here. If you already have a 120/Life account, you're automatically enrolled in our rewards program.

+-I am not yet a subscriber - how do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

Your rewards can be redeemed for a discount code that you can apply at checkout. Make sure you are logged in to your account, then go to the "How to use your points" section on the Rewards page. If you have enough points for a discount code, click the "Redeem" button and the discount code will appear and also be sent to your email. Simply copy and paste the discount code into "discount code" box at checkout, and you're all set!

+-As an existing subscriber, how can I use my points and apply my discount code?

If you are an existing subscriber, just log in to your account and you should see the section shown below on the right-hand side of the page.

If you have enough points for a discount, you just need to click on the button that says "$40 off" (or however much your discount will be) to apply it! Easy as that. Reach out to info@120life.com or leave us a voicemail at (833)-899-9444 with any questions.

+-Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

You will only receive points for future purchases. Make sure to create a 120/Life account before placing an order so you can receive points!

+-How is my VIP tier determined?

Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a year (Ex. July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023). To reach:
- Gold Tier, you must spend $500
- Platinum Tier, you must spend $1000
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
